This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel your subscription and request refunds for services provided by Redserp.

1. Subscription Renewal

  • Automatic Renewal: All monthly and yearly subscriptions will automatically renew on their respective renewal dates, based on the original date of purchase, unless officially canceled in writing.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Request: You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending a written request to support@redserp.com.
  • Advance Notice: To ensure proper processing, please provide at least a 7-day advance notice prior to your renewal date. This allows us to adjust your account limits accordingly.
  • Plan Changes: You can upgrade or downgrade your plan through the web interface after logging in. However, please note that we do not provide refunds for plan changes.

3. Refund Policy

  • No Partial Refunds: We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months or years of service after cancellation.
  • Non-Refundable Services: All fees paid for services are non-refundable, except as required by law.

4. Billing

  • Advance Billing: We charge and collect payment in advance for the use of our SaaS services.
  • Taxes and Duties: All fees exclude taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for the payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

5. Service Modification and Termination

  • Right to Modify or Terminate: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Redserp service for any reason, without prior notice.
  • Account Suspension or Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the services offered by us.
